Directions
Directions: For adults, take six (6) capsules up to three times daily with liquid 30-60 minutes before meals. For best results, drink six to eight glasses of liquid during the day.

Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada, Aloe Vera and Buckthorn may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
