DIRECTIONS: Begin with 1 capsule to determine your specific tolerance to various ingredients in this product. After at least 4 days, if increased intensity is desired, increase to 2 capsules.

Do not use this product in combination with alcohol. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for a minimum of 2 weeks. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur.
