- Directions - Recommended use to burn calories fast: To experience the fat-loss power of BEAUTYFUEL(TM), start by taking 1 capsule with an 8-oz glass of cold water 2 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. If you're exercising that day, take one of these servings prior to your workout. On day 2, increase dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. Do not take more than 2 capsules in any 4-hour period and/or 4 capsules every 24 hours. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Taking BEAUTYFUEL(TM) more than the recommended dose will not improve results. Day 1 1 Capsule 2x daily Day 2 and Beyond Capsules 2x daily

Consult your physician before use if you are sensitive to stimulants. One serving of this product contains as much caffeine as 2 cups of coffee (100 mg). Limit consumption of other caffeine sources such as coffee, tea, cola or energy drinks. Discontinue use if you experience any negative side effect. Use only as directed. Never exceed recommended serving as improper use of this product does not improve results. Consult a medical doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Do not use if packaging has been tampered with.
